"A medium hot latte, please!" This is the beginning of many people's daily life, perhaps because the increase in workload makes us want to stay awake with more caffeine, and more and more people become addicted to coffee under the pressure of work. According to statistics, the coffee population in Taiwan is about 5.4 million, and each person drinks about 130 cups of coffee every year, and it is growing rapidly year by year. Maybe we really need to drink coffee to boost our spirits, but we can't take too much of anything, such as the ingredients in the following coffee, which may be one of the culprits that cause skin problems!

1. Caffeine

Although coffee can be diuretic and help metabolism, if you eat too much, the body will gradually lose water and cause skin dehydration! This means that the skin is likely to become inflamed, swollen or lose collagen. In addition, too much caffeine can increase the burden on the liver and cause the body to produce toxins. If there is not enough water to help metabolize, the toxins in the skin will make acne pop out.

Advice: caffeine intake, a maximum of 300 mg a day, about 2 Murray 3 cups of coffee. (American)

two。 milk

If you have acne muscle problems all the time, but you don't know what the problem is, you might as well calculate your dairy intake. Milk contains hormones, which accelerate sebum production.

Suggestion: sugar-free almond milk, coconut milk or soy milk can be used instead of fresh milk.

3. Sugar

Too much sugar will not only increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, but also cause "saccharification" to make the skin aging and inflamed earlier!

Suggestion: don't choose flavored coffee such as vanilla, hazelnut or mocha; choose basic American coffee or latte.

4. Tannic acid

Both coffee and black tea contain tannins. Although tannic acid can be excreted from the body after being treated by the liver, some of it will remain and be absorbed by it, which will form liver spots on your skin over time.

Suggestion: decaffeinated herbal tea, or drink plenty of water metabolism

Overall, too much caffeine, sugar and milk can affect the skin. Try to slowly quit coffee with too many seasonings and additives, drink more water to detoxify the body and prevent dehydration, reduce caffeine intake or switch to decaffeinated coffee and decaffeinated herbal tea. It's not easy, but it's definitely worth a try!
