Prepare equipment:
1. Personal filter Cup (# 101) & Coffee spoon

3. Stainless steel kettle with thin nozzle
4. Any cup you like (200cc--300cc)
5. Coffee powder (American grinding thickness)
Step 1. Prepare the filter paper filter cup:
Fold the filter paper embossing, fold the bottom embossing upward, and fold the side embossing inward into the filter cup.
Step 2. Prepare coffee powder:
Use the coffee spoon attached to the filter cup to measure the coffee powder (for medium and fine grinding of the hand filter cup), one spoon of Yolan Mountain coffee bean spoon (about 10g of 9 points). After the coffee powder is poured into the filter paper, the coffee powder is also flattened, and the coffee powder is slightly pushed around from the central point, but do not press the coffee powder tightly to make the coffee powder slightly funnel-shaped.
Coffee powder dosage suggested 1 cup: 10g 2 cups: 18g 3 cups: 26g 4 cups: 35g
Step 3, warm the pot and warm the cup:
Pour a little hot water into the thin-mouth stainless steel hand-rinse pot and then pour the hot water out. If you do it twice, you can better keep the hot water temperature (when brewing at high temperature), and then put the hot water into the thin-mouth stainless steel pot.
Pour hot water from the teapot into the cup and pour out.
Step 4, brewing:
(1) put the filter cup on the cup, pour water into the spout from the center of the coffee powder with a thin mouth, and circle outward with a steady amount of water and speed, but remember not to rush to the place where there is no coffee powder at the most edge. Wet the coffee powder first and stop steaming the coffee powder with water for 20 seconds.
(2) Let the coffee powder begin to release its flavor; then continue to add water for the second time, and the same procedure will slowly circle outward from the center until the water has flooded all the coffee powder.
(3) continue to flush the water before it is about to drain. Do not let the water drain completely and then continue to flush the water around the circle from the middle to the outside.
After flushing the cup three times, pay attention to the amount of coffee in the cup. As soon as we reach the amount of coffee we want (150 million coffee per cup), no matter whether there is any coffee in the filter cup or not, remove the filter cup immediately, and the delicious coffee is ready!
Don't be reluctant to give up the last few drops of coffee. Instead of getting extra points, it will spoil the whole cup of coffee.
