First of all, we will introduce two families of coffee beans: Arabica family and Canephora family. Kanefra is commonly known as Robusta, but Robusta is actually only a branch of Kanefra, and because it is widely known, it has become synonymous with Kanefra. If Arabica was born noble, Canefra was from the countryside. Why do you say that?

Arabica is more delicate, and the family lives high in the mountains between 600 and 2,200 meters above sea level, which requires extremely high requirements for soil and light. Do not go to places where the soil is not fertile, and the sunshine time is not long enough to grow. In addition, their growth cycle is also very slow, it takes nearly five years to harvest, like studying dentistry. Moreover, they have poor resistance to pests and diseases, and they need careful care from the "housekeeper" at all times.

Kanefra, on the other hand, was relatively more common, like a migrant worker. When Arabica was seriously ill, Canefra remained at the forefront of "work." They live below 800 meters above sea level, are highly resistant to pests and diseases, and do not have high environmental requirements. They do not need so many people to take care of them. But the "academic qualifications" are not very good, and the harvest can be harvested about two years after sowing.

Although Arabica is delicate and difficult to serve, it tastes quite good, and most fine coffees belong to this bean; on the contrary, Canefra is easy to care for, but the taste is slightly average, and the taste difference is not large, and it is mostly used to make instant coffee.
