From its inception as a coffee maker to the start of coffee experience stores, Nespresso has been committed to making espresso coffee for everyone like a coffee master. In addition to constantly innovating products such as capsule coffee machines, it has also opened brand stores. A bit like Starbucks 'frequent selection stores in recent years, Nespresso is also launching its own boutique experience store.

Nespresso on madison avenue, new york, is its second attempt at a boutique after opening its first in cannes in may and seems to be proving its determination to break into the boutique market.

The store design work was created by Universal Design Studio in London (which provides boutique hotel, art gallery, restaurant and other design work) to create a store design that can mobilize all senses, inspired by New York stage design, innovative use of intelligent lighting, and compact red brick tiles on the walls to give people a wonderful feeling like walking on Manhattan Avenue.

The store has a two-story design, allowing customers to reap the full coffee experience in more than 200 square meters of space. Customers can always find their favorite limited edition capsule coffee and brew it with the professional capsule coffee machine at hand. Along the ground floor, you can enter the store's laboratory kitchen, where you can taste different coffee flavors and participate in a 45-minute coffee class. With the popularity and application of capsule coffee machines around the world, this boutique has opened a recycling space for used capsule coffee machines.

Nespresso also invited New York artist Daniel Rozin to bring exclusive designs to the store, including an art installation based on 832 capsules of coffee in aluminum, which is as novel as Rozin's previous art installations. He added four motion sensors to the device, causing fluctuations as customers moved around the store. The designer wanted to create a fluid effect.

The boutiques also serve delicious pastries, and spending an afternoon sipping a different capsule coffee is a great way to pass the time.
