Generally speaking, I first determine whether these friends have the equipment to make individual coffee, such as siphon, hand brewing, legal pressure, etc., if not, under the premise that my friends do not know much about coffee, I generally do not recommend trying individual coffee. Because of single coffee, roasters often choose a specific roasting degree in order to better reflect the flavor of the origin, while generally speaking, most of the coffee beans are slightly lighter than Italian roasting, while a single variety of coffee beans, under the conditions of Italian coffee production, the taste becomes more extreme, which may be difficult for drinkers to accept. As for what kind of blending formula, the roasting degree is suitable for making espresso, which is not what we are going to discuss here, so I will not repeat it.

So, is it true that only enthusiasts of Italian equipment can't taste individual items, no?

In fact, some people in Europe and the United States tried single espresso a long time ago, that is, single Italian style, espresso does not need to explain, and single refers to a single variety, that is, non-matching. So what kind of coffee is suitable for individual Italian style? During this holiday, I tried several, Mantenin, Brazilian Minas (mixed variety), Strip Manning, Golden Manning, AA in Tanzania, Hilltop Farm in Australia, among which Australian beans are the most expensive, Huang Mann takes second place, and Brazilian Minas is the cheapest.

Among these, my favorite is the single Italian style made by Huang Man. although it is not the most expensive, the coffee is sticky and delicate, full of sweetness, without the miscellaneous smell of ordinary Manning, and appears softer in the mouth. More silky than Dev's silky. Hey, hey, hey.

On the other hand, the most expensive Australia (baked until 1 minute and 20 seconds after the explosion, the single product still has a strong acidity, but it is well balanced and has no sudden feeling), it is slightly less sticky than Huang Man, but the lightness of the mouth is stronger (I like the low flavor). But the final rhyme has a very strong cocoa flavor. Especially after making latte (20ml coffee + 140ml hot steam milk) the cocoa taste and the sweetness of milk blend perfectly (using Mengniu modern farm organic milk, the milk temperature is about 65, not hot)

The single Italian style made by AA in Tanzania is not so ideal, the taste is a little exciting, the sour taste is not as balanced and soft as the other ones, and the overall taste is watery, not leaving too many good impressions.

Horse face Mantenin, made a single Italian style, although the taste is low, caramel flavor is also very strong, but full-sun treatment, under extreme extraction conditions, exposed undoubtedly, after the entrance, can feel a clear earthy flavor earthy, although this flavor description is mostly used as benign, but when out of balance, it still brings a hint of unpleasant feeling.

To my surprise, Brazil had no expectations for this cheaper bean. I prepared it just to make up the numbers, and it was quite ordinary to make a single item of Italian style.

After the entrance of Brazil, although it feels much less mellow than Huangman and the top of the Australian mountain, it is quite slippery and has no sense of water. it tastes worse, but it is very mild and sweet, and the only deficiency is its poor aroma. After making a latte, it tastes mild, not as strong as Huangman and Australia. But on the whole, the performance of Brazil is quite good compared with its price.
