A trial of self-baking gadgets-- A baking "clay pot" invented by Koreans
Coffee lovers pass each other a small baking toy for trial, get it, try it, and tell me a little bit of how you feel.
It is said that this thing was invented by Koreans, but recently I heard that many things were invented by Koreans, but Guo Degang jokingly said that the Chinese invented Koreans, not to mention who invented this little thing.
The first feeling of getting the hand is that it is not as delicate as imagined. On the surface, there are still some small burrs. The whole should be made of pottery, like a small pottery pot, which looks a bit like our pot of traditional Chinese medicine, but it is a little small. Without the lid, the mouth shrinks for a while, and another special place is that the handle is connected with the inner cavity, naturally forming an outlet hole.
If compared with the tools of many students who used to bake at home, this small "clay pot" is more like a combination of hand net and pan, this analogy may not be appropriate, but I can't think of a more appropriate analogy. That's how I felt after I got this little guy.
During the trial, 100 grams of Costa Rican coral mountains were baked.
After using it only once, I have the following feelings:
1. The handle is a little short, and it is hard to avoid being booed by the remaining temperature of the fire during the baking process. Students who are advised to use it should wear a glove or have a protective measure.
2. 100 grams of beans are a little too much in this small "clay pot". When baked to the stage of bean expansion, with the shaking of the hand, some beans will come out, some will come out from the upper mouth, and some will come out of the air hole of the handle with the shaking. It is recommended that the maximum baking amount should not exceed 90 grams.
3. Although the size of this clay pot is small, the total amount is much heavier than the hand net, and it is a little heavy to hold it by hand all the time.
4. With the shaking, part of the silver skin floated out after falling off, but a large part of the silver skin remained in the clay pot and could not be discharged effectively.
But I think on the whole, this small toy should be able to bake good beans. The material of the pottery allows the temperature to be passed on evenly to the beans, unlike the open fire of the hand net, which sometimes burns the beans. In addition, the design of the hollow handle makes it easier for the airflow to circulate, nor did I think at first that there might be hot air coming out of here, and most of the hot air should still flow out from the upper mouth which is easier to flow out. and this hollow handle can be used to put a thermometer probe in and fixed, so it's easier to judge the state of the beans, but I took the thermometer to the unit. I don't have it on hand, so I didn't experiment with this.
These are some of my feelings. Because I was called away to work overtime after using it only once, I didn't have time to use it for the second time. I baked this pot of coral mountain, baked until it exploded, and then dropped the beans for about 10 seconds. The extension is not very good. I may be a little tired among me. The reason that I took a break ~ beans tastes very good. Beans have been kept for 3 days, and when I drink them today, they are sweet and smooth. There is no miscellaneous taste, but the bitter taste is light.
This little thing is very suitable for students who like to bake beans at home, but for those who drink more than two cups a day, this little guy is really a bit "bitter" ~ you bake almost every day.
