There are more and more signs that the idea that coffee is bad for health is wrong. The study, which began in 1993, provides the latest evidence. The study involved more than 63000 Singaporeans between the ages of 45 and 75 who are thought to have a higher risk of developing liver cancer.

I saw this news when I was reading the newspaper, so I transferred it to my blog, because my friends always asked me, "I hear that coffee is harmful to health?" A question like this. I don't study medicine, so I can't give my friends a reasonable answer, but whether it's harmful or not, Ethiopians have been drinking coffee for generations since it was discovered. Since coffee was introduced into Europe and the United States, coffee has become a daily drink for European and American people. I haven't seen many Africans or people in Europe and the United States who get sick or die as a result of drinking coffee. Maybe I know too little. Many people boast how healthy and good tea is. Maybe I am stubborn, in my eyes they just "boast", they do not dare to face the many unhealthy and weaknesses of tea (conjecture) anyway, for me, it is almost impossible to drink tea, but a few cups of coffee a day is essential. Maybe I'm healthier than those who drink tea. Is it really unhealthy? There is a book called 101 reasons for Coffee innocence edited by three medical experts, including Professor Hu Dayi, an authority on Chinese medicine, who may be able to help you answer this question.

In fact, tea and coffee themselves are innocent, whether they are healthy or not, human beings have been drinking for a long time, tea drinkers do not need to attack coffee drinkers, and coffee drinkers do not need to stimulate tea drinkers. Tea and coffee themselves do not have any color, but we add too many coats to them.
