Adjacent to the West Lake in Hangzhou-Jamaican Coffee
This is actually a late report. During the July trip to Hangzhou and Shanghai, I made two transfers in Hangzhou, and I visited kale coffee for the first time. On the way back to Beijing, Hangzhou was still in transit, and the train to Beijing was at 10:00 in the evening, so there was plenty of time, so I walked the West Lake again and made Jamaican coffee by the West Lake all afternoon until evening.
Jamaican coffee is very European all-wood style, very comfortable
Ordered a Bahamian coffee espresso + dry fruit wine + cream top
The coffee in this shop did not impress me. On the contrary, the environment outside the window of the shop was very pleasant, which made people reluctant to leave.
Jamaican Coffee is one of the few cafes on the shore of the West Lake, and it can be said that Jamaica is the nearest one to the West Lake. Through the bright windows and through the cracks in the trees, you can vaguely see the attractive West Lake. Officially, this faint beauty is full of reverie.
When the coffee was running out, maybe the bar barista saw me finish this and that, and after patting the coffee outside the window, he sat down and asked me if I was satisfied and if I had any opinions. I said no, I just like coffee very much. I like your coffee shop. Come and go, it turns out that this young man is also a coffee fan, coffee fans all over the world seem to have a tacit understanding. Later, I also found that we still have public coffee friends in Hangzhou. I really feel that the coffee lovers all over the world are a family.
From Xiaohang classmate (barista), I learned about this Jamaican coffee. It turns out that Jamaican coffee is not a personalized coffee shop I thought at first, but a Spanish chain brand. This brand has a lot of status in Spain, but there is no market in China, there are only a few stores. Originally, Jamaican coffee was invested and introduced by Spaniards and Chinese, but the Spaniards felt that the market was narrow, so they left, leaving only the Chinese side of the business and all kinds of equipment and equipment already in the store.
The jars used in the store are authentic luxury goods. Italy's Alessi, which is 2-3 times more expensive than the MOTTA vase we admire, is difficult to get in China. There are two in the shop, one for 1000ml and the other for 500ml.
In addition to coffee, Jamaican coffee also offers a variety of wines, spirits, and Spanish-style light meals. Jamaican coffee is more like an exotic restaurant than a coffee shop.
All kinds of Spanish pictures are pasted on the wall of the shop, creating a bold and unrestrained Spain.
Finally, I would like to talk about Xiaohang classmate. Although Xiaohang and I have an afternoon communication, we can see his enthusiasm and persistence to coffee from his words. He likes to be a barista, but he not only wants to be a barista, but more importantly, he is willing to learn and ask for advice, which is a quality that many of our young baristas lack. Some people always question: can you be a barista for a lifetime? isn't this a youth meal? Whether it is a youth meal or not depends on whether you are standing still or making progress.
Handsome Xiaohang students wish Xiaohang's coffee road to be better and better, more and more smooth.
It was after 8: 00 p. M. when I left the Jamaican coffee, leaving a night view
