Panamanian Jade Manor Panama La Esmeralda

The land of Hacienda La Esmeralda was first acquired by a Swede Hans Elliot in 1940. The land covers hundreds of hectares, which is now the Palmira and Ca ñ as Verdes estates. In 1904, a Swedish-American banker, Rudolph A. Peterson (1904-2003), bought Hacienda La Esmeralda as his retirement career. After that, the land was mainly a pasture for beef cattle, mixed with a small number of coffee forests. By 1975, the Peterson family had converted beef cattle farms into cheese farming, a transformation that was so successful that it still accounts for half of the land on the Emerald Manor. In the mid-1980s, the family was looking for different industries such as coffee, and the rich history of coffee production in Boquete seemed to symbolize a potential opportunity.

Jadeite Manor La Esmeralda is located in the Panamanian boutique bean producing area of Bogut, where coffee is mainly grown in Typica, Bourbon, Catual, Geisha, and won the Rainforest Alliance Certificate because of its care and special care for the natural environment. Although the Feicui Manor is famous for its geisha species in the world, its unique manor environment and raw bean processing technology make the manor coffee beans loved.

Esmeralda Specialty, an emerald estate in Panama, is a rare winning bid for beans, which has been auctioned online three times to set a new record. June 2004, 21 dollars a pound, May 2006, 50.25 dollars a pound, May 2007, 130 dollars a pound, and 170 dollars a pound in May 2010.
