The trading center hopes to increase the overall boutique coffee rate to about 20% over a five-year period, and nearly 50% can be achieved in individual regions and farms."

Shu Yang said that the Chinese market is considered to be a consumer market with broad development prospects in the world. "it is growing at a rate of 15% and 20% every year, which is a very fast growth rate. In fact, what we want to do now is that in the future, 70%, 80% of Yunnan coffee is consumed domestically, and exports are gradually decreasing, and even imports are gradually increasing, because the domestic market is a very big market."
