This creative cup of coffee was prepared by Matthew for the Barista Coffee Masters Competition.
The ingredients used are fresh orange juice, flower and fruit tea and steamed pear juice (from left to right).

The following is the speech that Matthew introduced this special creative cup during the competition:

The juice of water pear is extracted by enucleating fresh pear slices and covered with Italian brown sugar and steamed in an electric cooker.
Flower and fruit tea is made from dried European fruits mainly composed of apples, mangoes, passion fruits, rose fruits and Luoshen flowers.
As the above two kinds of ingredients take a long time to make, so I prefabricated them first.
I use Espresso to improve the brightness and level of the taste through a quick sober.
Finally, add freshly squeezed orange juice, and my creative coffee is finished.
Judges can use the wooden spoon on the table to help stir the lower pear juice.
Before you drink, you can shake the cup slightly. I specially choose the cup with the top closing shape to gather the aroma in the upper space.
Before the entrance, there will be a strong smell of peach, with fresh orange aroma, using the ingenious collocation of the above ingredients to produce the comprehensive effect of peach.
Because I use water pear juice instead of water pear pulp, it tastes particularly refreshing.
As a whole, it is like a cocktail with a cup of coffee and peaches, which is unrestrained and easy to drink. Please enjoy your meal.
The homonym of orange is auspicious, and the homonym of water pear is "auspicious". Here, I would like to wish all the judges "good luck" in the coming New year.

Indian summer
This creative feature was originally intended to be sold directly in the store after the competition.
However, because it has been slow to come up with a good name for this cup of creativity, the idea of going on sale on the shelves has been stagnant.

[special tune No. 1] is too unoriginal (because Matthew is the No. 1 player)
[November snow] too poetic and too far from the topic (picked up by the guests)
[lucky Concerto] wants to be poetic but tacky
…… (actually, there's a lot more behind, but you don't want to hear it.)
Since it is a creative feature, there should be a creative and thoughtful name to match it.
So we go back to the origin and think from the perspective of ingredients.
The ingredients we use are only available in late autumn and early winter (August to November). The fruits of the season are "water pear" and "orange".
The comprehensive performance of the whole cup of special flavor is the "peach" produced only in summer (June to August).
Therefore, we develop in the direction of "the fruit of autumn and winter shows the taste of summer".
Finally there is the first name that we all think is good and OK [warm in winter and cool in summer].
But this is too much like the ad title of selling air-conditioners, think about it or give it up!
Miya proposed [autumn tiger]. She said that autumn tiger refers to the phenomenon that autumn is ready to enter the cold but suddenly appears high temperature like summer.
This really coincides with the ingredients and performance we use, and people are gradually getting into the fun of naming names.
