Prepare in advance
For a pressurized coffee machine, the water tank must be kept in a state of water. if there is no water in the tank or there is not enough water, it will not be able to absorb enough water, and may even burn out due to high speed.
Heat engine
Put the water into the tank and lock the filter handle above the lock, but do not put it into the filter, because it is the filter handle that needs to be preheated, not the filter. If you have just come back, use the machine for the first time, or the machine has not been used for a long time, and there is no water in the boiler, please press the Pang Pu switch according to the instructions in the user's manual, and at the same time turn on the steam knob to accelerate the discharge of air from the boiler. Let Pang Pu pump the water into the boiler as soon as possible to prevent the heating filament in the boiler from burning dry. In the future, as long as it is used for the first time every day or the water tank has been empty, this must be done once, and this suggestion also applies to other machines that use the Pangpu boiler as a heating tool.
When the preparation lamp is off, it means that the temperature of the boiler has reached the preset temperature, but it does not mean that its pipeline is also hot. So before brewing coffee, you should do the preheating action: press the help switch to drain the hot water, scald all the pipes until the heating light is on again, and the discharged hot water can preheat the coffee cup to be used later.
