I remember Liang Fan said in an exclusive interview with Coffee that all the entry patterns have been determined since October 2017, and in December, he began to try the competition process training and make a training plan.

Since February 1 th, 18 years, we began to train crazily for 8 hours a day, and took a day off for the Spring Festival. Liang Fan was exposed to coffee in 2011. At that time, I learned the basic production of coffee products in a coffee vocational training school, and then went to work in a cafe, starting with waiters, washing cups, learning to make drinks and cutting fruit bowls. At that time, the first month's salary was 1200 yuan, slowly to the bar management. From 2011 to 2012, he became the head of the bar from an ordinary barista, and began to participate in large and small flower drawing competitions to accumulate competition experience.

Pre-competition practice is essential in every competition.

It is easy to achieve a similarity of seven or eight points in the same pattern, but it is almost impossible to be exactly the same. In the pre-competition exercise, in order to find the problems that you did not find in the process of flower drawing, and then solve them.

The basic movements are often ignored by the contestants. In fact, the success or failure of a cup of flower drawing has been determined from the beginning of the production of espresso, so we have to understand every small move in order to compare our movements with our goals (patterns).

To practice the composition of the pattern, when the milk foam turns into a line, we need to know which part of the flower this line will become, because the height, position, shaking, tilt angle and injection volume of the box are related.

Even for veteran drivers, training is actually a high-intensity exercise for every contestant, which requires a step-by-step analysis of the process of making coffee.

Every little thing on the field will affect the development of the contestants. The usual practice of flower drawing is to practice ourselves into muscle memory. Even if we don't think about it deliberately, we can also complete the action of making coffee and flower drawing like a cloud. In case we don't have a good rest before the game or get nervous on the field, we can also finish the game smoothly through muscle memory.
