This variety, called Patch, is a natural variety of iron pickup, and solarization is a rare treatment in Guatemala, while this variety has the good flavor and taste of the tin card variety, with the sour and sweet fruit and the mellow taste of nuts. it also has a caramel-like sweetness and a balanced taste.

Guatemala is located in Central America, where the geographical environment is unique, with North America in the north and South America in the south. Facing the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico, the climate is relatively hot and humid, and it has always been an important coffee producing area in the world. Guatemala coffee belt is distributed over 1500 meters, latitude 14-16 degrees north, the easiest to grow very hard beans.
