The whole country is located on the plateau, with an average elevation of 900 meters, and most areas have a savanna climate. Ruwenzori Mountains

The Ruwenzori Mountains were formed about 2 million years ago. It is 125km long and stretches along the border between Zaire and Uganda. In the local African language, "Ruwenzori" means "rainmaker". Everything here seems to be at least twice its normal size. Luwenzori earthworms can be up to 1 meter long, as thick as a human thumb. The black boar here is the behemoth of the African wild boar. It weighs about 160 kilograms and the standing height is 1 meter from shoulder to shoulder. A plant called Scutellaria barbata, which is often seen in many gardens, has become a 2-meter-high candle-shaped spike here. The bamboo on the mountain is 12 meters long and the sedge is 1.8 meters long.

The Mt Rwenzori Mountains, known as the "Mountains of the Moon", are located in western Uganda and are the border between Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Coffee is Uganda's main cash crop, accounting for 95% of Uganda's total exports.

The local Bukonzo people live in these mountains and have been farming in this area for hundreds of years. The mountain area has fertile soil and good climatic conditions, which is very suitable for coffee cultivation.

Qianjie coffee is recommended to be brewed at a water temperature of 90 ℃. The steaming time is about 30 seconds. Seeing the surface of the powder bed becomes dry means that steaming is over. During the dry fragrance, you will feel a very strong fruity aroma, which is basically coming out of the powder mouth, while the wet fragrance will become a little softer, with a faint smell similar to citrus and plum apricot, and a little cherry feeling.

In the process of cooking, the smell is a little licorice, but the core can still smell the kind of sour and sweet feeling brought by the comprehensive fruit, and the soft feeling that people look forward to.

Qianjie coffee feels that the overall entrance of this bean is very smooth and soft, the coffee liquid is very clean and clear, it is very comfortable to drink, and the taste is very good. In fact, the entrance is not very bright and sour, but it is soft. But every mouthful of the flavor is like drinking fruit juice, the taste is very domineering, full and solid. The sweetness of the tail rhyme is also very good, with a little bit of caramel.
