Coffee brewing recommended Italian coffee maker
In 1901, Milan engineer Luigi Bezzera invented the espresso machine. An espresso machine is a machine that uses high temperature and high pressure to make coffee quickly.
Italian coffee machines are divided into single boiler heat exchange type, double boiler type and multi-boiler type according to boiler type; according to the mode of operation, they can be roughly divided into manual, automatic, semi-automatic, fully automatic and other types. The professional coffee business places mostly use automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines, so as professional baristas, we mainly learn how to use these two coffee machines.
Automatic coffee machine can set the flow rate and time of brewing coffee water through its electronic control board, and the more advanced automatic coffee machine can also adjust water pressure, boiler pressure, water temperature, etc. through the electronic control board. In contrast to automatic coffee machines, semi-automatic coffee machines require baristas to control the flow and time of brewing water.
