Johnson Manor is located in Volcon on the west side of Baru volcano, with a total area of 1200 hectares. The soil of the farm is rich in nutrients volcanic ash soil, because geisha coffee must be planted at a high altitude area, about 1750 meters above sea level. Rosebud has a full sweet, clean palate with rich aromas that extend from berry and citrus to mango, papaya and peach. A very pronounced bergamot (bergamot)-like finish is also typical of its cup-testing properties. So far, Guixia has been the champion of coffee varieties.
Jason Guixia was rarely heard of in China because Jason Manor was mainly sold domestically and did not export. With its high altitude, rich volcanic soil, abundant rainfall and suitable temperatures, Jensen Estate has gradually become the second most productive estate in Panama in summer, and 50% of the estate is planted with coffee trees of the summer variety.
The coffee beans picked are called "cow red coffee cherries" and are particularly sweet.
In order to maintain the balance of the natural environment, Jason Manor operates both livestock farming and coffee farming, and the family has been running the estate for three generations.
With an average elevation of about 1700 meters, the estate is covered with nutrient-rich volcanic soil, abundant rainfall and moderate temperatures. The Jensen family operators follow environmentally friendly management principles, adopt 100% sustainable cultivation methods, and build special treatment plants to treat coffee cherries as farm fertilizer; only 2000 roses are planted per hectare to ensure sufficient soil between plants; half of the estate is planted with roses, ranking second in Panama in terms of summer production, and each batch of beans has a highly identifiable batch number, which is 100% traceable.
This estate not only has its own processing plant to process its coffee cherries, but also makes great efforts in roasting, so as to improve the reference of cup test results.
These efforts have resulted in the growing quality of Jensen's coffee beans, which have led to the emergence of Jensen's Volcan coffee in the boutique market in recent years
