Qianjie Coffee-introduction to Milasuroxia, Costa Rica
Costa Rica has a long history of growing coffee and is known as one of the best coffee producers in the world. In recent years, the rise of boutique coffee has led to a renewed increase in local coffee sales, such as Tarazhu and Sanshui River producing areas. The production season is from November to March of the following year, and the main areas where coffee beans are grown are mostly in the high-altitude volcanic soil, which is very fertile. Costa Rican coffee is highly appreciated in the boutique coffee industry, its taste is clear and balanced, the acidity is bright and clear, the mellow thickness is medium, and the sweetness is refreshing but not greasy.
Because of the high tree species, Rosa was originally planted in a small area of the Emerald Manor in Panama and was used as a windbreak.
In order to participate in the annual competition for the best coffee in Panama, the son of the manor owner searched all the coffee trees in the manor for testing and isolated this variety with special fruit and flower flavor, so that Rose Xia had a chance to appear on the scene. After that, he also participated in various world coffee competitions and won a total of 11 championships.
Rose is full of sweetness and cleanliness on the palate, with rich aromas ranging from berry and citrus to mango, papaya and peach. A very obvious lemon (bergamot) general aftertaste is also a typical cup test attribute.
So far, Rosa has been the champion of coffee varieties.
