In 1964, Rudolph Peterson, an American banker, retired, moved to Panama and bought the emerald estate in Poquet, initially dominated by dairy. Then his son Price resigned as a doctor to help his father run the farm, introduced Kaddura and Kaduai coffee beans in 1987, set up a washing plant in 1994, and has had its own coffee processing plant ever since.

At present, the Emerald Manor mainly has three manors to grow rose summer varieties: veil El Velo, Cannes Vidis Caas Verdes, Haramillo Jaramillo. Haramillo Jaramillo, which has a superior geographical environment and good flavor of the original coffee variety, was bought in 1996. Veil El Velo was acquired by Jade Manor in 2012. After winning the championship of BOP in the Panamanian bean competition in 2004, it was later identified by experts that the coffee bean was a rose summer variety of Ethiopia. The green sign of rose summer is also washed or tanned. Because its elevation is the same as the red mark, but only a mixed harvest, therefore, the view of Qianjie coffee is that it is the most cost-effective grade of jadeite. Green label rose summer is usually treated with water wash. this grade of rose summer beans is still with the classic flavor of rose summer coffee beans, floral, fruity, citrus sour, thick and juicy taste.

Blue label [selected batch]

The blue standard is to plant the mixed harvest of rose summer at an altitude of 1500 meters and below. Mixed beans from three different estates of Jaramillo, Caas Verdes and El Velo, including the rose summer near the jadeite estate, can be defined as the blue label. Rose summer 1500 this brand is our common blue standard rose summer. At present, Blue Standard Rose Summer has water-washed and sun-treated beans, while sun-dried Rosa coffee beans were introduced in small quantities at the end of 2019.

In 2021, there came the news that the blue label brand of the Jadeite Manor was cancelled. In the same year, a rose summer coffee bean named "volcanic Rock" from the same area appeared. After the verification of the front street, the volcanic roses were treated by the Jade Manor. Its flavor is also highly similar to that of the blue standard rose summer in previous years.

Suggestion on Rose Summer brewing of Qianjie Coffee
