Palm Manor

Cesar Morales (Cesar Morales) wanted to give his family a better future, so he bought Finca La Palma in 2014. With little agricultural experience, Cesar moved to the farm and began to work with existing coffee trees, although he noticed some strange things; the trees were thinner, the leaves were thinner, and the red cherries had yellow stripes. they mature at different times than other coffees in the same area. Cesar found his farm home to striped bourbon, a wild variety of bourbon.

When we first saw Cesar on the farm, he had no milling equipment to bring his coffee to a neighbor's farm, so the project source, partner Banexport (Colombia), got exclusive cooperation with Cesar to help him control production quality and ensure future harvest.
