The coffee flavor of Sidamo is very diverse, with different types of soil, microclimate and countless native coffee species, towering mountains and diverse topography, resulting in obvious differences and characteristics of coffee produced in cities and towns. One of the Guji producing areas is located along the Mora Mora River River in southern Ethiopia and is considered to be the original producing area of forest coffee (forest coffee).

There are several small coffee farms in this area that put their cherries together and export them. These are not modern varieties, but traditional ones that have not changed since the early years.

Bourbon (Bourbon)

A kind of coffee produced by growing coffee trees cultivated in Arabica coffee bourbon. Bourbon coffee is usually produced in 800mur1500 meters above sea level. It is native to Bourbon Island in the Indian Ocean (now known as Reunion Island). It is the second species of TYPICA mutation. It belongs to the oldest existing coffee variety. Most of the bourbon coffee fruit is red, so it is also known as Red Bourbon.

However, two natural varieties show different colors, respectively, orange bourbon and yellow bourbon, which are not widely planted because of their low yield and not resistant to wind and rain, but have excellent flavor performance when planted at high elevations.
