Mocha pot is the Italian way of brewing coffee, suitable for people with strong tastes.

The brewed coffee is close to Espresso, but it does not generate enough pressure to be called Espresso in the strict sense. The pot is easy to brew, beautiful in shape and does not take up space. It is a more economical choice for ordinary families. However, it must be noted that the grinding of coffee powder should be finer, and the cooking time and amount of water should be mastered.

Early mocha pot material is mostly aluminum products, now it is mostly changed to stainless steel material.

Steps:

Step1 Pour water into the bottom of the mocha pot (hot water is also available), paying attention to the water not to exceed the safety valve.

Step2 Put a proper amount of finely ground coffee powder into the coffee container in the middle, gently squeeze with the bottom of the spoon and the edge, try to remove the gas in the coffee, and fill the gap at the edge of the small box. (It is best to fill the coffee container and gently flatten the coffee powder so that the water stays in the coffee longer and the coffee is not too weak)

Step3 Gently wipe the coffee powder particles left on the edge of the capsule with your fingers, and then put the capsule into the top of the lower pot of water.

Step4 Tighten the top and bottom of the mocha pot tightly, making sure the bottom pot stays upright to avoid water soaking the coffee prematurely.

Step5 Heat the mocha pot over medium to low heat. And pour boiling water into the coffee cup to warm the cup.

Step6 When the water boils, the steam generated causes the water to funnel into the coffee. Turn down the heat immediately (if the fire is still very high, the water will quickly filter the coffee, making the brewed coffee sour and thin); when the kettle has a sound of water, the bubbling sound becomes intermittent, the steam is coming out in large quantities, and the coffee aroma is floating out, it means that the coffee has been brewed.

Step7 Turn off the heat source and wait for the bubbling sound to stop. Pour the coffee into the cup and taste a cup of fragrant coffee.

Notes:

1, if you are afraid of mocha pot brewed coffee residue, you can buy a special round filter paper, put this filter paper in the coffee powder and the middle of the seat filter.

2. Do not put the mocha pot on a stove with a heat source.

3, do not put the bottom of the mocha pot without water on the stove for too long.

4, mocha pot should be cleaned after each use.

5. Before use, confirm that the sealing rubber at the bottom of the pot can still be used normally.

6. Before putting the coffee pot away, make sure that the bottom of the lower part of the pot has been dried and there is no water left.
