Qianjie-Poliviv tomorrow Taiyuan Plan
Bolivia is one of the most prestigious countries in Latin America. It is a domestic country, adjacent to Brazil and Colombia. Of course, it is a country with a strong coffee export capacity, but its output is relatively scarce, and the conditions for growing coffee are excellent, but it is also extremely difficult to pick up coffee. The result is a very rich agricultural history that has been established on a very poor land.
The origin of coffee can be traced back to 1880, when all production was basically related to the owners of some large farms north of La Paz. In 1991, the government promoted a plan for indigenous people to plant coffee, but paid little attention to the quality of coffee. This is due to the backward economic development and infrastructure construction of Bolivia, which is still the most popular country in South America. In addition, Poly Ville used to be a lot of changing terrain, because poor infrastructure construction has become a key factor in coffee processing, delivery and tasting. In the government's encouragement to plant coca beans, the benefit is four times that of coffee, causing a lot of coffee to go away, or even completely releasing the farms.
In early 2000, the United States strongly supported Bolivian agriculture, but coffee farmers suffered the most because the Bolivian government later supported coca planting and its ties with the United States. After that, under the limited anti-drug campaign, many programs were restarted to help coffee makers. For example, COE (Excellence Cup) was launched with the support of US aid USAID. In 2013, when the disease fell ill, the whole Bolivier lost 50% of its coffee production. With the combination of the government's coca policy and the two factors of typhoid disease, the output of coffee in Bordeaux has been reduced by 70% in the past decade, making it a small coffee-producing country.
[production area]
Yonggas Yungas
It is located in the north of the city of La Paz in the province of Caranavi in Karabi. 95% of Bolivian coffee is produced here, along the slopes of the Andes, a fertile land whose rainy, damp and warm weather makes it a favorable area for coffee production and cultivation. The elevation here is 8-1800 meters above sea level. The most famous road in this area is one of the most dangerous roads in the world. Yongas Road, nicknamed the Road of death, is also known as "the most dangerous road in the world".
| El Sol de Manana is planned for tomorrow
[plan for tomorrow] this is a plan to comprehensively improve the quality of coffee, which requires a lot of money and effort to guide small coffee, which includes technical support, breeding, pruning, harvesting and other important technologies, and high-quality coffee, so that people's income and products can be brought into the good practice of sustainable experience.
Several well-known roasters of Miami, such as Intelligentsia, Has Bean, Stumptown, Drop Coffee, 49th Parellel, Maruyama … And so on are almost always able to pick beans from Agri cafe. Agri cafe, Pedro Rodriguez and his son Pedro Pablo and daughter Daniela set up Bolivian boutique coffee. In addition to having their own coffee, Pedro started the project of El Sol de Manana (tomorrow Day).
[variety]
Java, pickup truck:
At present, Java Java is still planted in Java, but because of its low yield and poor disease resistance, many farms have changed to a new breed. In terms of appearance, the traditional Java bean type is similar to the Typica species. It is common to see Java beans that are short and long (short berry beans), while Java varieties that grow grains (long berry).
Pickup trucks are the most classic Arabica species, with extremely low output and susceptibility to typhoid disease, which requires more manpower management. Lemonade, which is native to Ethiopia and southern Ethiopia, is the most popular kind of coffee cultivated in the Western Hemisphere. The plants are healthy, but they are not resistant to light. The pickup card is dark in color, which is called coffee.
[washing method]
Bolivian farmers mainly use water washing to process raw beans, and some occasional farmers also use daily or honey treatment.
Wash the coffee fruit with clean water, remove the immature fruit floating on the surface, separate most of the pulp from the coffee beans through the peeling machine, and guide the beans into a warm sink. After about 16 minutes of natural fermentation, remove the surface fruit before washing. Continue to expose that the water content will be reduced to 12% for 3 weeks, and then the water content will be reduced to 12%.
It is worth mentioning that since Bolivian is colder than other coffee-producing countries, many farmers use machines to dry rather than dry every day, so it does not taste like Japanese green beans, but shows sour fruit, slightly stronger taste and better flavor.
It's all about dissemination and sharing.
