When browsing through the materials, Qianjie saw that coffee practitioners had used the same variety of beans for 25 minutes of roasting for 25 minutes more than 10 years ago, including: very shallow (JQ); shallow (Q); shallow to moderate (QZ); moderate (Z); medium depth (ZS); depth (S); extreme depth (JS); French heavy (FZ).
