The demonstration coffee beans are roasted in front street coffee at the Brazilian Queen's Manor Yellow bourbon, which is moderately roasted. The degree of grinding is finer than that of hand-brewed coffee, and the pass rate of No. 20 standard sieve is 90%. The water temperature is 90 ℃.

Positive pressure mode

Reverse pressure mode

① assembles the kettle body and the piston, presses the piston cylinder to the scale "④" and places it upside down on the table.

② put in the funnel and pour in 15 grams of coffee powder.

③ starts the clock, then injects hot water to full.

④ uses a stirring stick to stir the coffee powder evenly, resulting in a golden liquid surface.

⑤ press the filter cover and flip the kettle over the filter cup. This action should be quick to prevent the coffee liquid from spilling.

⑥ until 1 minute later, begin to squeeze the piston cylinder, the coffee liquid is squeezed into the filter cup, the squeezing time is 1 minute 20 seconds.

The front street of these two methods are more inclined to reverse pressure, because the reverse pressure is easier to use and has high stability. When the positive pressure is injected, the water will also drip into the lower pot, so it is more difficult to master.
