Step 1: wet the filter paper

Step 2: pour in the coffee powder

Step 3: add round filter paper & wetting powder layer

After putting in the round filter paper, 20g normal temperature water is added step by step through fine water flow, and it is the best to moisten the whole powder layer evenly while not more than 3 drops of coffee liquid fall.
Step 4: put on "full curling"
Place 140g ice cubes in a cake filter cup covered with plastic wrap to prevent falling ash, then place evenly in the middle of the V60 filter cup. The proportion of iced coffee made in the front street is 1:8, and the later taste can be diluted with ice / milk according to your own taste.
Step 5: wait for extraction & the surprise of waiting time
Ice drop coffee has been made for a long time. Take the ice drop coffee made at 25 ℃ at room temperature as an example, the extraction time is 4 hours and 30 minutes, and the extracted coffee liquid is 120g. Do not drink the coffee immediately after the extraction is completed. Due to the low temperature extraction, the flavor molecules have not been completely released, so we need to seal and rest in the refrigerator for more than 12 hours. The sealing process produces carbon dioxide, and the pressure generated by carbon dioxide allows flavor molecules to better express themselves.
