Zhengshan race can not drink high-grade black tea what is the harm of drinking Zhengshan race for a long time?
Zhengshan race black tea, Chinese Zhengshan race, is a smoked black tea. It is made similarly to black tea, but dried over a loose fire to allow smoke to impart a distinctive aroma to the tea.
The Zhengshan race originated in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province, China, but is also native to Taiwan. There is a great demand for this tea, which leads to its widespread production in different regions.
Because Zhengshan races are made up of larger leaves rather than top leaves and buds, which contain more caffeine, Zhengshan races (and other races) tend to have much lower caffeine content than other similar teas.
The Zhengshan race has a strong smoky flavor; varieties produced in Taiwan are often described as more smoky. Although smoky aromas can dominate, Zhengshan race is often described as mellow, mild, and subtle compared to other black teas. People who prefer a slightly less smoky but stronger tea usually opt for Russian tea, which includes Zhengshan small black tea and other black teas.
Zhengshan race is from Fujian Province, China.
Fujian is a province on the southeast coast of China, one of the most important regions in the world in terms of total tea production, production of high quality artisan tea, development of different styles of tea and methods of tea production. A wide variety of tea is produced here.
Climate, geography and ecology
Fujian has a subtropical climate, rainy all year round, but dry in winter and rainy in summer. Most of the province is mountainous; Fujian Province is also the province with the highest forest coverage rate in China, with a forest coverage rate of about 63%.
Fujian tea types and sub-regions
Fujian oolong tea is particularly important because many varieties of oolong tea originate in Fujian. The two main Oolong teas are in the southern region of Fujian Anxi Village, Wuyi Mountains and Wuyi Mountain (Wuyi Mountain), the northern province. Anxi is the origin of tieguanyin tea and the origin of various se chung oolong teas. Yongchun produces a similar style of oolong tea near Anxi. Wuyi is the origin of many other oolong, including Dahongpao, Rougui, etc.
Wuyi is also important in black tea, including Wuyi black tea, which is famous for its involvement in the Boston Tea Party. Wuyi borders Jiangxi Province and Wuyuan County, another key tea production area in the province, but it does not border.
White tea also originated in Fujian, where most of the world's white tea supply is still produced, in Fuding and Zhenghe County near the coast in the northeast.
