Italians at the time missed the rich cocoa aroma of mocha coffee beans so much that they tried adding black cocoa to espresso coffee, thus starting a new round of mocha craze-Italian mocha coffee.

How to Make Italian Mocha Coffee

Choice of coffee cups

/Use chilled fresh milk

Fresh milk can retain the protein and cream in milk more completely. Protein is the key to foam formation, and cream further stabilizes the foam and slows it down, while adding a rich taste to the coffee.

When espresso coffee is blended with chocolate paste and cocoa powder, the fat on espresso coffee dissipates and loses its function of further stabilizing milk foam. At this time, if you use milk with low protein/fat, the milk foam stability of the cream is insufficient/thin, and when you pull the flower, you will find that the pattern is skewed!

/Milk foam sent

Choose a medium milk jar and pour 200-230ml of chilled fresh milk into it. Before entering the milk tank, the steam stick should be deflated to drain the steam water condensed in the air outlet hole. Put the steam stick into the position 1cm below the milk level and turn on the steam switch. After opening, the steam will make a squeaking sound when it comes into contact with the milk surface, which is a key step in the formation of milk bubbles.
