Originated from Fenghuang Mountain in Guangdong Province, China, 450 meters above sea level. Harvest time and handling method April 2017. Pick out 2 or 3 leaves, partially oxidize them, and then gently bake them at high temperature.
Common brewing method: water temperature: 100 °C ratio of leaf to water: 2g per 100ml. Brewing time: about 5 minutes. Tip: if you want to shorten the soaking time, or if you want to taste lighter and thicker, you can adjust the ratio of leaves to water. Do not leave any water in the pot between making tea, so as not to lose any precious flavor and prevent the next time the tea is too strong. Recommended water: try to use natural mineral water. Kung fu brewing water temperature: 95 °C (boil the water to 100 °C and let it cool for a few minutes). Ratio of leaf to water: 8 grams per 100 ml. Brewing time: the first four brewing time is about 5 seconds. Tip: be sure to preheat the tea set with boiling water and pour out the water before putting in the tea. Don't rinse the tea.
