Buy stale coffee beans.

Do not use unfiltered water

Erin strongly recommends installing qualified water purification equipment in coffee shops or homes to ensure that the quality of the coffee is excellent, even if the water supply in the city is not up to standard, even if there is a lot of pollution in the middle of transportation. With the above conditions, your coffee will taste better.

4. Water temperature when making coffee

Erin believes that most people extract coffee at too low a temperature, and if you keep brewing coffee with a hand brewer, you lose 10 degrees in the process.
