Even though incidents such as "disinfectant as syrup" happened again and again, and the coffee shop staff apologized again and again, and even was scolded to tears, the coffee shop manager just continued to provide syrup and disinfectant to the public in a convenient location for the guests in accordance with the regulations of the headquarters.
According to the Korea Consumer Association, there were 69 cases related to hand-washing-free disinfectant in 2020, a 17-fold increase from four in 2019. Of these, 55 were confirmed to have caused damage to the body, and 20% (11 cases) caused damage to the digestive system by swallowing hand-washing-free disinfectant.

It has been more than two years since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic. People say it's nice not to wear masks before, and they are very honest in disinfecting and wearing masks day after day, year after year. As a public place, the coffee shop has contributed its own efforts in epidemic prevention, and many customers have expressed their support and cooperation.
