Later, due to the unstable national political situation, Alois decided to start a new life out of town. At first, Alois stayed in New York and then moved to Panama, but after a few months, Alois found that he was not adapted to the urban life of Panama City.
DNA, who had always been adventurous in his blood, quit his job and decided to follow the mountain line to work and settle in the Walken area, when he married his first wife, Susana Troetsch, and gave birth to Hartmann Troetsch, the founder of Hartman Manor. Then Hartmann Troetsch inherited his father's farmland from 1940 and began to prepare the land and created the history of Hartman Manor to this day.

The first ancestor of the Hartman family, Alois Strasil Hartmann, first reclaimed the coffee growing area in the Walken region of Panama, and then the second generation Hartmann Troetsch moved the coffee cultivation to the Santa Clara producing area and officially founded Hartman Manor.
At the initial stage of reclamation, Hartmann Troetsc decided to retain most of the original woodland in the manor, and this concept of primary forest conservation has always influenced the third generation of manor owner Ratibor Hartamann, who is now in charge of management. Now Hartman Manor still maintains this tradition, the coffee planting land in the manor accounts for only about 20% of the entire manor, due to the results of woodland conservation, the manor has a considerable number of native birds, and the most famous big-billed bird in the area has naturally become the standard Logo of the manor.

In addition to its own estate, the Hartmann family also provides management services for nearby estates, such as Ninety Plus's estate in Panama and the mule estate (Finca La Mula-) are managed by the Hartman family.
Although the melon and fruit is the new estate of the Hartman family, it is not the first time that the manor has won the championship of BOP. In 2020, the summer sun roses of the melon and fruit estate won the hearts of a group of judges with their charming flavours of jasmine, roses, champagne, candy and bergamot.

In order to retain the charming tropical fruit and floral aromas of this rosy summer coffee beans, Qianjie coffee is lightly roasted.

Through cup test and comparison, this sun-treated rose coffee bean from melon and fruit manor shows dry aromas of mango and strawberry after grinding; after sucking, it shows mango, pineapple, white flower, sugar fructose, malt fermentation sweet (a bit like beer). The overall level is very full ~
Because this melon and fruit sun rose summer coffee bean is grown at high altitude, the density of the coffee bean itself is higher, and shallow roasting does not change its density too much. Therefore, medium and fine grinding (78% screening rate of Chinese No. 20 standard screen) and higher water temperature can be used for extraction and cooking.
Qianjie coffee hand brewing parameters recommended: V60 filter cup / cone filter cup, 15g coffee powder, 1:15 powder-water ratio, fine sugar thickness / medium fine grinding (78% of China 20 standard sieve), water temperature of 90-91 degrees Celsius.

With three-stage circular water injection technique: first, the powder layer is fully wetted in the shape of "hamburger" and steamed for 30s with 30g water, and then boiled in the second stage; in the front street of the second stage, the smooth medium-fine water is injected round to 125g and then stop. when the water level drops to 2 / 3 of the powder layer, it is injected into the third stage; the third stage continues to use medium-fine water to inject to 225g and end the water injection, with a total extraction time of 225g ".
