Log filter paper is unbleached straight out filter paper, although it does not have to worry about health problems, but it has a biggest disadvantage: the smell of paper is too big! If you do not use a lot of hot water to wash, the smell of paper will blend into the coffee, resulting in a negative taste of the coffee. As mentioned above, bleached filter paper is also made from log pulp. it does not have much paper flavor (or even none) and can restore the taste of coffee very well. But because it is bleached filter paper, people often worry about whether it will be toxic. But in fact, with the development of science and technology, many large brands of filter paper will use advanced enzyme bleaching, that is, the use of bioactive enzymes for bleaching! This is a technology widely used in the medical field, so the harm is almost negligible.
Filter paper quality of different brands of different filter paper, paper quality is different!
