Bourbon Bourbon is one of the most culturally and genetically important Arabica varieties of coffee, famous for its high altitude and excellent quality. Kaddura Caturra is a natural mutation of the bourbon species. Kaddura is named after Guaran í, which means "small". Because Kaddura has a single gene mutation, the plant grows smaller. With the continuous development of the coffee industry, Kaddura has given birth to many varieties through continuous transplantation, mutation and mating.

Katim Catimor (T8667) Katim Catimor is a cross between the Timorese species Timor and Kaddura Caturra, resulting in the first generation of F1 hybrid group, namely Katim Catimor. The code name is T8667, but it still needs to be determined by breeding, so Katim is not a variety, but a variety group with similar pedigree. Katim varieties are characterized by high yield and resistance to leaf rust, and can be planted at lower elevations, but are easily affected by Ojo de Gallo fungal disease. It is currently planted in Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador and Yunnan, China.

Kaduai Catuai is a hybrid between the highly productive New World Mundo Novo and Kaddura Caturra. It is a variety produced by the Institute of Agronomy of the State of Sao Paulo (IAC) in Campinas, Brazil. Kaduai has the characteristics of high productivity and small size, so it can be planted densely, but not dense enough for Kaddura. Because of its characteristics, Kaduai is currently grown in Brazil, Honduras, Guatemala and other coffee-growing countries.

Costa Rican 95Costrica95/ Lompilla Lempira/ Cartis Catisic are the qualitative varieties selected by the Katim variety group in various countries through the selection of T8667, that is, the Katim variety group. Costa Rica 95Costrica95 was selected by Costa Rica CATIE, which is characterized by high yield and suitable for planting in low-altitude acidic soil and aluminum-containing soil, but is vulnerable to leaf rust and corns.

Lempira was selected by IHCAFE in Honduras, and its characteristics are the same as those of Costrica95. On the other hand, Catisic is a qualitative variety selected in El Salvador, which has the same characteristics as Costrica95, but Catisic has resistance to coffee leaf rust.

Of course, forward Coffee also has a variety of coffee from Kaddura, the Rose Valley coffee beans from Dashu Manor in Santander, Colombia. The rose valley coffee beans of Qianjie Coffee are treated with anaerobic water. Qianjie Coffee is brewed with a ratio of V60 and 1 / 15, with the smell of roses, peaches, cranberries and chocolate in the mouth, and a smooth taste.
