Introduction of Diamond Hill Coffee beans in Panamanian Coffee Manor and Emerald Manor
Panamanian coffee is well-known in the global coffee market. When it comes to Panamanian coffee, many people think of rosy summer varieties, while when it comes to Panamanian rosy summer, they have to mention emerald estates. In 2005, Emerald Manor won the Best Panama Competition (BOP) with Rose Summer, and broke the coffee auction record at that time. But is there only Rose Summer in Jade Manor? in fact, it is not. Jade Manor has four varieties, and today we will introduce the brand of Diamond Mountain.

Coffee cultivation in Panama
Panama can not grow such high-quality coffee without the geography and climate of Panama. Panama is located in the southernmost country of Central America, with undulating terrain and vertical valleys, mostly mountainous areas except the north-south coastal plains. Because the ground is near the equator, it is a tropical maritime climate, humid during the day and cool at night, with an annual average temperature of 23-27 ℃, drought and rain throughout the year, and an average annual rainfall of 1500-2500 mm.

Coffee producing areas are mainly divided into Boquete, Volcan-Candela and Renacimiento. These producing areas are located around the country's three volcanoes: Volc á n Baru of Baru, El Valle of Erbaye and Le Yeguada of Rajaguada. The Emerald Manor is located in the Balu volcano mountains in the Pokuit producing area, at an altitude of 1400-1700 meters, with a higher elevation and a micro-climate brought by the special terrain.
Jadeite Manor La Esmeralda Estate
Emerald Manor was first made up of Swedish bankers and a big shot in American financial circles at that time. After retirement, he came to Pokuit to buy the estate for a holiday and later gave it to his son and grandchildren to take care of. Later, children and grandchildren improved the techniques and standards of coffee cultivation, studied the effects of local microclimate on planting, picking and processing, and purchased advanced machines to process coffee. In addition, through different plots and harvesting batches, batch cup testing, rose summer seeds were finally found, and became famous through BOP in 2005.
Emerald Manor products are divided into four major brands: competitive bidding Rosa Summer (Esmeralda Special), Pocket Rose Summer (Geisha Boquete), Diamond Hill (Diamond Mountain) and Palmyra (Pamela). Among them, bidding rose summer refers to the red standard rose summer, which will be subdivided into batches according to regional blocks. And Pokuit Rose Summer refers to the green bid, which will be formed by a combination of good quality areas that do not participate in bidding. Pamela is the main Kaduai variety planted in the "commercial bean" of the Jadeite Manor, and it is also the highest yield, accounting for 70% of the total output of the Jadeite Manor. And the Jade Manor now contains four farms: Ca ñ as Verdes, El Velo, Palmira and Jaramillo.
Diamond Hill Diamond Mountain
Diamond Hill is a traditional variety of jadeite manor, mainly growing tin card, bourbon, Kaduai, Kaduai and so on. Mainly from Jalamilo Jaramillo and Ca ñ as Verdes of the four independent farms of Jade Manor, the entire estate is certified by the Rainforest Alliance, which have volcanic soil, and the primeval forest provides sufficient shade for coffee trees to produce raw coffee beans with rich and complex fruit aromas, chocolate, spice flavors and sweetness.
