Nicaragua, whose full name is the Republic of Nicaragua (The Republic of Nicaragua), is a presidential republic. The country is mainly divided into three producing areas, namely Sinotega Jinotega, Matagalba Matagalpa and Novo Segovia Nueva Segovias, which are mainly cultivated in Kaddura and Bourbon, and the harvest period is between December and March of the following year.
Hinotega Jinotega: both the district and the capital derive from the Nahuatl (Navat) word for "xinotencatl", meaning the city of the elderly. The economy of the region has long been dependent on coffee and is the main producing area of Nicaragua, at an altitude of 1100-1700 meters. Matagalba Matagalpa: it is also an area named after the capital, which has a museum with coffee as its theme. Coffee is mainly grown in areas 1000-1400 meters above sea level. The harvest time is from December to February of the following year, and the main varieties are Kaddura and bourbon.
New Segovia Nueva Segovias: this area is located on the northern border of Nicaragua at an altitude of 1100-1650 meters. In recent years, it has begun to establish a reputation as the best coffee in the country, and has made great achievements in Nicaragua's excellent cup. The harvest period is from December to March of the following year, and the main varieties are Kaddura, Kaduai and Bourbon.
