Among the many coffee producing areas in Colombia, the most famous is Huila Huila, which has Colombia's highest volcanic Huila volcano and is located in the valley between the Eastern and Central Cordillera Mountains, protected by canyons, making it an ideal area for coffee cultivation. At present, the manor mainly grows Rosa Geisha and Kaddura Caturra, and divides a plot as an experimental plot for new varieties such as Sidra.

Later, he began to participate in local competitions in Colombia and won many awards. In 2020, he participated in the Excellence Cup COE competition, and in 2021, he won the COE championship for washing Rose Summer. Later, it opened its own coffee shop, Obraje Caf é Especial, and established a partnership with cooperatives in the Nalinglong region to help other coffee growers so that they can export coffee and provide high quality coffee to domestic and foreign markets.
