Yesterday, a lot of lightning protection posts about Xicha big store emerged on the social platform, which made the crowd look confused and wonder why the new store caused a large number of students to post feedback.

It is understood that Brother Xi Tea Store refers to the new store recently opened by the brand around Columbia University in the United States. The store opened an internal test on January 23, local time, and some netizens who heard the news arrived at the store early to be the first to eat crabs. They said, "after walking in, the staff said that they can give away a cup for free if they show their university student card today." if they post a sign-in post on the social platform, they can get an extra limited refrigerator sticker.

As a result, after seeing these sharing posts on social platforms, many students go to the store during recess to enjoy the benefits of an internal test before the store officially opens. However, customers who went to the new store that afternoon did not get free milk tea and limited refrigerator stickers as expected.
Some people said that when they arrived near the store, they saw that although there was a long line at the scene, most of them failed to get free milk tea on the basis of student ID, as stated in the sign-in post. Students who were blocked out of the store said they were told by the clerk that they needed an invitation from the brand to receive free milk tea, but most said they had never heard of the so-called invitation to happy tea.
Students were so dissatisfied with the long line in the cold below zero that they came back empty-handed, posting accusations that the store's internal testing activities had temporarily changed their minds, giving expectant users a trip in vain.
Interestingly, in the dispute between Xi Cha stores and users, there was feedback from netizens, "two clerks directly said that all the posts on the platform that advertise drinking happy tea for free and taking refrigerators are false propaganda." On the other hand, the people who posted the post argued that the content of the post was true at that time, but that the store that temporarily changed the rules of the activity shirked its responsibility and gave the pot buckle to the students who posted honestly and publicized it.
The warm-up activity, which was originally prepared for the opening of the new store, did not want to turn into a farce because the rules of the activity were not clearly defined in time. Therefore, after the incident fermented, Xi Cha Fang issued a statement about the "Columbia Internal Test" activity that night in order to appease the students.
"due to inadequate planning, communication and implementation of the event, it caused misunderstandings and brought a bad experience to the Columbia students present that day," the statement explained. Officials are sorry for this and have launched relevant accountability and investigations. At the same time, the statement reiterated the rules for the opening of the new store. "the store will officially open on January 24, US time, when all Columbia University students can come to the store with their student ID to receive a free cup of happy tea."
Because the store launched such a sincere way of compensation, after the Xicha big shop officially opened to the public, the students rushed to the event site excitedly after class and stood in line again in the cold winter wind to receive their own cup of free benefits.
