Some employees said that according to the requirements of the headquarters, coffee powder needs to be poured into filter bags and added water to stir so that the powder is fully soaked in cold water. After 18 minutes, lift the entire filter bag and filter out the coffee liquor. However, due to the average quality of the filter bags equipped with the store, the fine powder can easily flow out with the coffee liquor. If the clerk squeezes the filter bag during filtration in order to increase the filtration speed of coffee liquor, only more fine powder will be mixed into the liquid.
Therefore, in order to ensure the taste of cold extract, some stores have no choice but to add an extra filter bag during production to reduce the fine powder in the coffee liquor. However, this practice undoubtedly reduces the filtration speed of liquids and increases the production time of cold extraction. It is a time-consuming and laborious task for migrant workers.
Hearing the explanations of Ruixing workers, netizens believed that since the crux was the filtering tool, the brand should use a finer filter based on employees 'feedback, or adjust the thickness of the coffee powder to avoid leaving too much fine powder in the cold extracted coffee liquid.
But it is worth mentioning that compared with the kind suggestions of customers, Lucky employees prefer that consumers can call the customer service phone to complain about this product. In their view, as long as they receive negative reviews from most customers, Luckin may remove Leng Cui from its shelves due to poor market feedback. In this way, migrant workers do not have to spend 18 minutes a day making cold extract, nor do they worry about stores receiving complaints about the precipitation of fine powder in drinks.
