Why did Qianjie suddenly talk about this? Because a certain Guangzhou milk supplier recently launched a flavored milk that is no less exotic than the above-mentioned special coffee! It combines the representative Cantonese dish "white-cut chicken" in Guangdong food culture with milk, and launches ginger, scallion and chopped chicken flavor milk...

Because it was very "down-to-earth" and very curious, it sold out directly as soon as it was launched, so this made the front street of the village network also get wind of it! Then, Front Street came up with a bold beet idea: If... If you use this kind of milk to make a latte... (You know what I mean) Just do it! So Qianjie quickly bought this milk and prepared to start making "ginger and onion white cut chicken latte coffee." First of all, this is not an advertisement. It is simply that the front street wants to try this exotic milk and the exotic latte made with this exotic milk. If we drink milk in Zhai, we can indeed taste a very familiar taste from it, but it is not white-cut chicken, but the taste of ginger and onion dipping that comes standard on white-cut chicken... How to put it, you can imagine that the ginger and onion dip of white-cut chicken is mixed with milk. The taste and taste of the ginger and onion dip first comes into the entrance, and then the taste of milk. It is a very "unique" experience.

In order to conduct a more comprehensive test, Qianjie prepared two beans for experiments in terms of coffee beans. One is a middle-deep-baked Qianjie classic Italian blend in the Qianjie bean list. The espresso made with it has chocolate, nut, cream, and caramel flavors, which are representative of the flavor of classic espresso; The other is a slightly lightly baked Italian style with strawberry candy Espresso, which is mainly flavored with flowers and fruits. The espresso made with it has strawberry candy, citrus, caramel, and cream flavors. It tastes mainly sweet and sour, and the taste will be relatively fresh.

The extraction parameters are as usual: powder volume is 20g, powder-to-liquid ratio is 1:2, and extraction time is 30 seconds.

Since this cup of ginger, scallion, chopped chicken flavor milk has a strong taste, in order to avoid concealing the taste of coffee, Qianjie first used a ratio of coffee to milk of 1:4 to make it. After the espresso extraction was completed, Qianjie blended it in proportion and then began tasting it.

To make sense, whether the concentrate used is a classic combination of medium and deep baking or a slightly lightly baked strawberry candy·Espresso, their flavor performance is negligible under the cover of the ginger and onion chicken milk. The taste of ginger and onion chicken milk coffee made with Qianjie's classic Italian blend adds a little bit of bitterness to the original milk. The latter also adds a little bit of strawberry sweetness to the original. The taste is very thick and will be a little greasy to drink. Qianjie believes that this is not a pleasant taste for many friends.

So Qianjie was improved and added fresh milk to dilute the taste of ginger and onion chicken milk. Espresso coffee, ginger and onion chicken milk, and fresh milk were mixed in a ratio of 1:3:1. Unexpectedly, the ginger and onion chicken milk coffee made in this way tasted good, even better than the milk itself. The ginger and onion chicken milk coffee made from Qianjie's classic Italian blend has a soft and balanced taste. The flavor of ginger and onion chicken milk is first expressed at the entrance, followed by the aroma of chocolate, nuts and caramel from the classic blend. The ginger and onion chicken milk coffee made with Qianjie Italian style mixed with strawberry candy and Espresso has a different performance. The overall taste will be lighter, the taste will be softer, and there will be a little acid. Similarly, the flavor at the entrance is first ginger and onion chicken milk, followed by strawberry candy·Espresso's strawberry, berry, raisins, and chocolate flavors, which are also quite good. To be reasonable, although Qianjie said that both cups of ginger and onion chicken milk coffee taste slightly better than the milk itself (in my opinion), they are still better than the ginger and onion chicken milk itself. Then because the taste is too "unique", not everyone can accept this taste. Many people cannot accept this taste when tasting it on the front street for colleagues and customers who happened to come to the store to buy beans. Therefore, Qianjie does not recommend that you try it easily.
