Suggestions on making high-quality coffee like hand-brewed coffee
After mastering the method of making, you may find that it is not so difficult to make a delicious cup of coffee.
Preparation before brewing coffee: prepare the filter paper, put it in the filter cup, rinse the filter paper with hot water, and put the filter cup on the coffee pot for use.
Before filling the coffee, freshly grind the beans into coffee powder (we recommend that you have a bean grinder so that your own coffee will have a better flavor). If you use beans from Uncle Bean Coffee Roasters, we recommend that the ratio of coffee to water for making hand-brewed coffee is 1:16. In Uncle Bean Coffee Shop, we use 20 grams of coffee beans and 320 grams of water.
Use hot water between 85 ℃-90 ℃ to brew coffee (depending on the freshness of the beans, use cooler hot water, such as 85 ℃). The first step is to pour a small amount of hot water (30-40g) into the coffee powder and steam the coffee powder for 30 seconds, which is the key to extracting a delicious cup of coffee.
After steaming the coffee powder for 30 seconds, pour hot water into the coffee powder evenly in the form of a circle. Pour 320 grams of hot water into the coffee powder in about 1 minute and 40 seconds. The whole brewing process ends with the coffee liquid dripping out of the filter cup. The whole brewing process takes about 2 minutes and 30 seconds from the first time of water injection and steaming.
