A new series of coffee competition "Coffee Olympics" will be held at the Hong Kong International Bakery Exhibition at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 5 to 7 December 2013. By many
Yuanhua competition allows people in the coffee industry from China, Hong Kong and Macao to share their experiences and technology exchanges. The jury is composed of international and Hong Kong experienced judges.
People in the industry serve as the main assessment criteria based on technology and senses. The main theme of this coffee competition is to enhance Hong Kong's coffee culture and promote fine coffee.
