The shareholders are 50 junior students majoring in hotel management, and five of them also shoulder the responsibility of operation and management at the same time. College students' entrepreneurship by crowdfunding is a major practice of entrepreneurship education in the college. It is understood that when this group of shareholders graduate, they will withdraw their shares at the original share price, and the cafe will be handed over to younger brothers and sisters.

"Last year, we proposed to use crowdfunding, a popular financing model, to explore entrepreneurship education among students, which received a positive response from students." Huang Yuewei, an entrepreneurial tutor majoring in Zhejiang industry and trade hotel management, said that this project was launched among junior students majoring in hotel management. A total of 50 students bought shares, with 400 yuan per share, raising 20,000 yuan as start-up capital for operation. the venue used by the cafe is currently provided by the school for free for three months. at the same time, the school has also provided a start-up fund of more than 100,000 yuan for this project.

Who will be in charge of the 50 shareholders? For the sake of fairness, the final method is for the students to form a team to submit the proposal and compete for the right of operation by way of competitive employment. The plan submitted by students should include a series of issues such as store name, customer positioning, decoration style, profit model, shareholder dividend, and so on. After competition, the operation team finally targeted five students: chairman Wang Qi, store manager Lan Qiuxia, deputy store manager Zhou Jiao, financial director Chen Jia, purchasing manager Yao Dingwu. In the daily management, five people need to take turns to play the roles of chef, waiter and cashier to fully participate in the operation of the cafe. Unlike ordinary college students' entrepreneurial programs, Dayan Coffee also lays down a rule: each management team will operate for a year, which will be handed over unconditionally to the next student a year later; shareholders will withdraw their shares at the original share price; and legal persons will be changed every three years.
