How to Make Coffee in a Mocha Pot

1 Open the mocha pot, remove the funnel with coffee powder in the middle, and prepare to add water:

2 Add cool purified water to the bottom of the mocha pot:

3. Pay attention to the height of the water added not to exceed the height of the pressure relief valve below:

4 Add coffee powder to the funnel and smooth the coffee powder:

5 Take out a special filter paper for mocha pot, wet it with water and put it on top of coffee powder:

6. Tighten the upper and lower seats of the mocha pot to prevent air leakage during brewing:

7 Put the mocha pot on the induction cooker, connect the power of the induction cooker to the socket, turn on the switch of the induction cooker, and start heating:

8 Wait 2-3 minutes for coffee to start flowing out of the seat:

9 When you see a large bubble in the upper seat or hear a hissing sound, it indicates that most of the water at the bottom has flowed to the upper seat, and you can turn off the fire:

10 Remove the mocha pot and pour the coffee into a warm coffee cup:
