The nature of individual coffee: the three main coffee growing areas in the world are Africa, Asia and Central and South America. Generally speaking, coffee beans will produce different tastes according to different growing regions. The main factors affecting coffee flavor are the variety of coffee trees, the properties of soil, climate and altitude, and the process of coffee bean treatment. The flavor of Central and South American coffee beans is light and delicious and full of vitality, while the flavor of African coffee beans will be more rich and wild, while the flavor of Asian coffee beans will be full of intensity and full taste.
Comprehensive coffee beans: coffee beans literally we can know, is a combination of several different flavors of single coffee beans, its purpose is to get a richer and changeable taste and taste, so you can choose to match according to personal preferences, and produce different levels of flavor.
Italian coffee beans: Italian coffee beans are prepared in the way of comprehensive beans because of their rich and multi-layered flavor and taste. And Italian coffee is also divided into southern Italian flavor coffee and northern Italian flavor coffee. Northern Italian beans are roasted in a light way. Due to the selection of beans, the caffeine content is low, and the taste is rich and bright with a little sour fruit flavor. The aroma tends to floral or pericarp. Nanyi coffee beans are deep-baked because of their high caffeine, full-bodied flavor, caramel-like sweetness and fruity or cocoa aroma.
Roasting depth: generally speaking, the deeper the roasted coffee beans, the more bitter substances there are, and the lighter the roasted coffee beans are, the more sour substances there are. Even coffee beans that are generally thought to be acidic will also become bitter coffee beans because of the deeper they are roasted, so in addition to the nature of coffee beans, the depth of roasting is also an important factor affecting the taste.
The structure of coffee extract: coffee extract is mainly divided into two states, one is the concentration and state of American coffee, the water content of coffee extract is more, so the flavor of coffee will not be so strong and more palatable, the other is the concentration and state of espresso, the water content of coffee extract is less, so the flavor of coffee will be more rich.
