The reporter learned from this event that Mangshi is the capital of Dehong Prefecture, the main coffee producing area in Yunnan, where it is suitable for coffee cultivation at an altitude of 800 to 1800 meters, and the small seed coffee produced is of good quality. At present, the planting area of coffee in Yunnan Province has exceeded 800000 mu, and the annual output has exceeded 60, 000 tons, accounting for 98% of the national total.

At the same time, many coffee utensils of different shapes from all over the world were also displayed at the opening ceremony, including new and high-tech products. This Coffee Culture Festival will pay close attention to the new positioning of the image of "City of Flowers and fruits and Capital of Coffee". Making use of the popularity brought by the first Coffee Culture Festival and holding rich and colorful activities, it once again shows the rich connotation of coffee culture.

Hand in hand with Korean Enterprises to promote the Development of Coffee Industry

At the opening ceremony, Xiong Xiangjin, chairman of Dehong Hougu Coffee Co., Ltd., said that the Coffee Culture Festival is a grand gathering of elites in the coffee industry, a platform and carrier for the exchange and dissemination of coffee culture, and a "hometown of coffee in China"-a stage for Dehong to show its elegant demeanor and charm to the world, as well as an important platform for Yunnan coffee industry to move towards the world.

On the day of the opening ceremony, South Korea's CoffeeCupper Company has signed a cooperation agreement with Hougu Coffee Enterprises to develop coffee tourism in Mangshi.

In addition, Hougu Company also signed a cooperation agreement with Yunnan Xiaoguan Electronic Commerce Technology Co., Ltd., which aims to create the largest industry e-commerce trading platform in China and provide members and customers with coffee international market and related mobile e-commerce information value-added services. At the same time, Hougu Company has reached cooperation agreements with Xinyi and other three provincial companies for logistics and warehousing with an annual output of 3000 tons of coffee. At present, the relevant projects have been submitted to the Yunnan provincial government for approval and are expected to be listed and put into operation by the end of the year.
