At that time, Niang Nana, the boss, was still decorating the shop when a group of talkative foreign students passed by the door. After chatting, I learned that a foreign student had been deceived by the second landlord. Nana ran around with him warmly and solved the matter. Foreign students asked her if she had ever seen the movie Angel loves Beauty, and Amy, who was ready to help others, worked in a cafe called Shuangfeng Mills. They think that Nana is just like Amy, and the shop might as well be called a double windmill.

There are many foreign students living in this community. They are not proficient in Chinese and often encounter trouble. After Nana opened, she held a "Chinese Corner" in the store to teach foreign students daily Chinese free of charge and provide them with as much help as possible.

This is Nana's second venture. A year after graduating from the National people's Congress, she opened a bakery, which did not meet her high-quality requirements for baking. Ten months later, she closed the bakery and started building a twin windmill. Nowadays, the dessert recipes in Shuangfeng are all her own, while all the ingredients, from sugar to milk to cheese, are imported. For example, chocolate truffle cake, which has no sugar at all, uses Belgian chocolate with a purity of more than 72%, and adds some coffee powder, which tastes bitter and mellow.

A good cafe can't do without good coffee. The Lana coffee beans now used in Nana's store are supplied by Bryan, a customer who came the night before her opening. Bryan, a Chinese-American who was studying for an MBA at Tsinghua University, stunned Nana with his rich knowledge of coffee that night. Two months after the opening of Shuangfeng, Bryan's coffee company was also set up. Nana now regularly conducts coffee training for Bryan's clients in Beijing, and the careers of the two bosses grow together.

Whether the coffee is good or not mainly depends on the concentration. Nana says that people usually use 7 grams of coffee powder to produce a concentrated portion, while she uses 15 grams. The coffee of Shuangfeng Mill is also recognized by foreign students who know the goods.

This time I went to the double windmill and tasted the special durian cheese and red velvet cupcakes, but I missed the "Opera House cake" that I had been thinking about. Nana said that the production process of the opera house is too complicated. The seven layers of the cake are of different tastes, and it takes five hours to produce a batch, so it is not often made. Well, it seems that we can only go with fate.
