This year, the "Coffee Power Championship" competition, jointly organized by Hong Kong Coffee Pro & Colour Brown, is both relaxed and professional. (the first competition last year was called Coffee Olympics, but it was renamed Coffee Power because it attracted the attention of the Olympic Committee.) Coffee events will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on December 4-6. Coffee events are more exciting, more interesting and have more opportunities to communicate with each other. There are three events, including coffee roasting, flower-drawing, and new team competition.

[highlight 1] more intense and exciting Coffee Power Latte Art Championship flower-pulling competition.

Preliminary round: "Wheel of Art" will show you the patterns of Espresso Macchiato, Latte and OddCup, and 12 contestants with the highest score will enter the finals.

Final: 5 combinations will be set in advance, including designated containers and patterns, and each combination can get different scores. Contestants can choose a combination to challenge themselves, and a maximum of four cups of flowers will be held in 8 minutes. Contestants can choose a cup of the best work and present it to the judging table for selection.

(* Tips**: as the scores in the preliminary and final are cumulative, if the contestants measure the difference of 30 points between themselves and the first runner in the preliminary round, they can choose a combination of more than 40 points and have a chance to become the champion in the final.)

[highlight 2] in this year's new team competition, Coffee Power Ranger Championship simulates the production process of a coffee shop from behind the scenes to the front of the curtain, presenting a number of positions in the coffee shop, including bean bakers, baristas and waiters, so that people can understand the importance of each job in the coffee shop. The rules of the competition were formulated by Emma Markland Webster, the chief judge of the 2014 World Barista Competition, with a view to providing a professional platform for contestants to communicate with each other.

[highlight 3] "King of Lattefighter Street drag King" is a flower game played by people in the industry and non-industry. The very simple rules of the game are that the person who pulls out the most solid points in the coffee cup wins, and more than one person pulls out a happy child to play One Shot esPRESENT. (interviewed a judge, said he can only pull 5 hearts, how many do you think you have?), $20, unlimited number of times? All proceeds are donated to Coffee Kids.

The type of machine used by the contestants is the WPM KD210S2 coffee machine, which is the first in the industry. If you want to test your strength, go to the Hong Kong Wanchai Convention and Baking Exhibition Booth H26 on December 4-6 and try the "coffee temperature" first.

[more exciting highlights] One Shot esPRESENT, as the name implies, One Shot "any prize" within 30 seconds, who has the opportunity to clear the stock as quickly as possible, of course, is the winner of the triathlon + "King of Lattefighter".

"King of Lattefighter Street drag King" is an informal game. Contestants only need to pull out the most solids (pericardium is not counted) when they use the home coffee machine KD210s2, and they will have the opportunity to become street flower bullies and participate in the clearance of One Shot within 30 seconds.
