Last Updated: 2024/11/08, ESPRESSO coffee has the lowest caffeine compared to siphon or follicle coffee. Caffeine content I think there are three factors, first, extraction time. The longer the time, the more caffeine is extracted. Second, the water temperature. The higher the temperature, the more caffeine is extracted, like siphon brewing with boiling hot water. Third, the variety of coffee beans. The high-end Arabica bean caffeine content is Robes.

ESPRESSO coffee has the lowest caffeine compared to siphoning or follicular coffee. I think there's three factors to how much caffeine there is,

1. Extraction time. The longer it takes, the more caffeine is extracted.

2. Water temperature. The higher the temperature, the more caffeine is extracted, like siphoning with boiling hot water.

Third, coffee bean varieties. Premium Arabica beans have about half the caffeine content of Robusta beans.
