Through the cooperation, we tested 80 samples of coffee and milk tea from different restaurants in the market, and found that the caffeine content per cup of coffee in tea restaurants was higher than that in tea restaurants.

Coffee specialty shops are high, including five coffee samples from cafes, drinking more than 300 mg or more of caffeine in one cup.

In addition, milk tea samples from 30 tea restaurants contain an average of 170 milligrams of caffeine per cup. As for table milk tea, each cup is average.

Caffeine content also reached 130 mg. The Consumer Council reminds pregnant women and breastfeeding people not to consume more than 200 to 300 grams of coffee a day.

Because, in order to prevent the baby from inhaling caffeine from the mother, it may affect the baby's weight.
